Shipping policy

OVERVIEW

All purchases will be shipped as soon as possible after payment is processed.

Successful payment for product and shipping have to be confirmed.

A tracking will be provided to the customer; regardless of shipping provider used. However, orders will generally ship using standard shipping (via UPS). 

Given pre-orders are being accepted until further notice, we are hoping to fulfill any current orders later this year, while having a (larger) launch ready for next spring (March/April 2025).
